Do you have a store?
No. We are a home-based baking business.

Ordering

How to order?
For the best experience, we recommend ordering through our Facebook or Instagram page. Simply click the "Order Now" button on our website to be directed to our Facebook page.
I plan to order pastries. Is same-day pick-up possible?
Our products are carefully pre-ordered and scheduled to ensure quality and timeliness. We recommend confirming the availability and your preferred due date with us for a seamless experience.
Can you do any theme?
We do our best to bring your desired theme to life while meeting your expectations. Before moving forward, we make sure to explain any design limitations.
Do you accept bulk orders?
This will depend on what you plan to order. We’re building our business step by step, and providing an OR is part of our future plans.
Do you accept rush orders?
Custom orders placed 2-7 days before the due date are welcome and may include a rush fee to ensure timely delivery.
What is your lead time?
To secure your preferred slot, it's ideal to place your order at least one month before your due date, as slots fill up quickly.

Payment

What is your mode of payment?
We accept fund transfers via BPI and UB. We only allow GCash for short orders.
Is full payment required?
Full payment is required a month before your due date. Your payment will also serve as confirmation of your order. Failure to pay on specified deadline would automatically cancel your order.
Do you accept late payments?
A late payment charge will be included in your total.
Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?
While we don't allow cancellations and payments are non-refundable, you can rebook or use the amount for a different event within one year from the original event date.

Pick-up and Delivery

What is the pick up schedule?
A specific time between 9AM - 6PM will be provided depending on your order.
Do you deliver?
Yes. For custom, fragile, or bulk orders, we ensure safe delivery through Transportify, Lalamove, or Grab car. Motorcycle delivery is available for dry goods like cookies, bars, and pastries.

Safety Tips and Storage

Any tips?
Please take note that our products may contain the following allergens: sugar, egg, gluten, wheat, nuts, dairy. Temperature and moisture/humidity have a great effect on storing our products properly. It would be best to leave them at a cool dry place. This is to keep the product preserved and the design intact if customized. If you want to prolong the shelf-life, you can refrigerate them up to 5-7 days and warm it up according to your liking. (Reheating only applies to bars, cookies & pastries.)
